By confirming a booking through our website, phone, or email, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


2. Our Services

We provide:

  • Local and Outstation Transfers

  • Group and Maxi Cab Bookings

  • Corporate and Event Transport

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.


3. Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or by email.

  • Accurate information (pickup time, location, number of passengers, luggage, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.

  • A confirmation message/email will be sent once your booking is successfully scheduled.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if incomplete or misleading details are provided.


4. Pricing and Payments

  • All fares are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

  • Pricing may vary based on distance, route, vehicle type, and travel time.

  • Payments can be made online, via card, or directly to the driver.

  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, parking, or special requests.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans may change.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or free reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee may apply.

  • No show without notice: No refund applicable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

Please contact us promptly if you need to modify or cancel your booking.


6. Waiting Time and Delays

  • We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times for airport transfers.

  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for all non-airport pickups.

  • Waiting time beyond this may incur additional charges.

  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other conditions beyond our control.


7. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure that they are ready at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time.

  • All belongings must be kept securely during travel.

  • The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

  • Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Unruly or unsafe behavior may result in termination of service without refund.


8. Vehicle and Driver Standards

All our vehicles are:

  • Clean, insured, and regularly maintained.

  • Driven by professional, licensed drivers under Australian transport regulations.
    We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar capacity if required due to maintenance or operational issues.


9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for punctuality and reliability, Maxicabs to Melbourne Airport shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, accidents, weather, etc.).

  • Missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen delays.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.


10. Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.
